Fall is so close we can almost taste the candy corn. As the leaves start to change, your inner Autumnal goddess is begging to be awakened.
She wants to be productive, yet cozy. Excited, yet comfortable. Pumpkin, yet spicy. In order to reach your full potential, you need to step up your morning routine.
We’ve laid out some tips on how to maximize your morning while enjoying the best damn season of the year.
“Fall” In Love With Your Skin

The weather is getting cooler and crisper by the minute. You can’t expect to maintain the same skin routine you had in the hot, sticky summer months. It’s time for an Autumn update.
Your inner Autumn Goddess wants you to “fall” in love with your skin again, which means no skipping your morning face routine! Make your morning skincare routine as integral as brushing your teeth.
You should have a three-step process in place: Cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. The whole thing should take no more than three minutes, about the same time as the song Monster Mash, so there’s no excuse for skipping it. (Productivity hack: brush your teeth while your toner is seeping in.)
In the fall, your skin is crying out for more moisture. Switch your light summer moisturizer for a richer cream. Invest in a gentle cleanser that won’t strip as much oil from your face. Finally, do not skip the SPF! Just because the sun is setting earlier doesn’t mean you don’t have to protect your skin.
Brew Your Morning Tea Like A Bad Witch

Treat brewing your morning tea just as sacred as a witch brews her potions.
Drinking tea in the morning has amazing benefits for your energy levels and your appearance.
The right ingredients in your morning tea “potion” can make or break your fall season. Luckily, we are expert brewers. Our Super Caffeine Bundle, featuring two of our favorite black teas, is perfect for waking even the sleepiest witches up in the morning.
Meanwhile, our Green Tea bundle is rich in beauty-enhancing antioxidants. Drinking green tea can reduce inflammation and redness in the skin. It also helps protect skin from wrinkles caused by UV rays. If The Sanderson Sisters in Hocus Pocus knew they could just drink green tea to stay young instead of killing local children the movie would have turned out quite differently!
To get a magical youth-boost of your own, stir in a spoon full of our Collagen Peptides to your morning tea.
Wake Up And Smell the Cinnamon Brooms

As the weather gets cooler, it can get harder and harder to get out of bed in the morning. But if you turn your home into an Autumn Oasis, you’ll be eager to hop up and spend time surrounded by fall smells and pumpkins.
Turn your home into a Fall treat for all your senses.
Place Autumn candles around your house that you light in the morning when you wake up. Also, no bad witch is complete without a broom. Cinnamon brooms will instantly transform your house into Halloweentown. They smell amazing and double as cool, spooky decor.
Try a Micro Workout

The days are getting shorter, and we know you don’t always have time for long, boring workouts.
Most days we are like Wednesday Adams and don’t feel perky at all. On these days, try a super short micro workout in the mornings.
Doing something short like this seven-minute workout will get your blood pumping and improve your cardiovascular strength. It will also help you sleep better at night. The workout is simply doing 12 bodyweight exercises for 30 seconds each. Then you’re done and you can get back to spending time with your own Addam’s Family.
Now You Know How To Be An Autumn Goddess
This morning routine will add some magic to your day and leave you feeling gourd-geous.
Remember fall is the season for change. If you’ve been spending every morning this summer lying in bed staring at Instagram, it’s time to switch things up.
