Now’s the time to fire up the group chat and spam your friends with motivational memes until one agrees to be your partner. Ok, you found one? Great!
Our accountability bundle is packaged with enough cleanse and detox teas to last you and your partner for 6 weeks. To accompany the bundle, we’ve laid out the ultimate Snarky Fit Challenge that will maximize your results. Follow this program for six weeks and come back and tell us how you did!
Drink Up - Together!
Your primary drink du jour will, of course, be tea from your accountability bundle. It’s important you stick to your tea time with the same gusto as the Dowager in Downton Abbey.
Drink a cup of Detox tea every morning before breakfast. Hot or iced is up to you. Detox is a Green Rooibos blend full of powerhouse, natural ingredients that help your body rid itself of toxins. Ginger supports digestion, Holy Basil supports purification, and Dandelion supports detoxification.
The Cleanse tea is stronger and should only be drunk three nights a week. We suggest sticking to Monday, Wednesday, and Friday every week so you don’t lose track. Cleanse is a Pu’erh tea that contains Fenugreek for bloating & Senna to support deep cleansing.
To optimize your results, limit your drinks to only Cleanse and Detox teas and tons of water for the duration of this challenge. Drinking extra water will help flush the toxins out of your system. Shoot for at least 8 cups of water per day. If you’re on the go a lot, get a reusable bottle to transport your water and tea. This will help your waistline and the environment at the same time.
Get Moving - Together!
Exercising is a key component of our fitness challenge. It’s essential for maximizing the results of your accountability bundle because working out helps rid your body of even more toxins through sweat.
We recommend at least 30 minutes of exercise per day, but how you want to move is up to you. A blend of cardio, strength training, and stretching will get your body in tip-top shape.
Fitness Blender has a wide range of free workout videos ranging from 5 minutes to over an hour. An ideal schedule would be two upper-body days, two lower-body days, two cardio days, and then one day for rest and stretching. Taking a rest day every week is crucial for your body to repair itself and build up even stronger.
You and your accountability partner should sit down and plan out a workout schedule for the next six weeks. Here’s a sample schedule to follow:
P.S.- We know life gets crazy and you don’t always have the time to devote to a full workout. Even something as simple as taking your dog for a long walk will work for this challenge. All that matters is you’re getting your heart rate up and moving!
Set Bedtimes - Together!
Laying in your bed motionless while sleeping might not seem like the key to better fitness, but trust us, it is.
Your body repairs itself when it’s sleeping. When you’re asleep your body produces HGH (human growth hormone) that builds muscle and speeds up your metabolism.
Hold your partner accountable by making sure she’s in bed by your agreed upon bedtime. Send a “devices off” text that signals to your partner that it’s time to shut down the manic Instagram scrolling and go to sleep.

Pump Each Other Up
Leslie Knope gave Ann Perkins every compliment under the sun in Parks and Recreation. Bring that same energy to encouraging your accountability partner.
Starting a new fitness routine can be really hard. Every second you’re fighting the desire to lay on the couch and demolish a whole pack of Oreos. Remind your partner how great she is and why she’s doing the challenge in the first place.
Taking care of yourself physically is the greatest expression of self-love. Lean into your partner when things get tough and when you’re feeling unmotivated. After all, that’s what the beautiful, talented, brilliant, powerful musk-ok is there for.
