Start out by:
Grabbing some scrap fabric and laying it out on a flat surface. I used the bottom of an old cropped teeshirt.
Then, grab your measuring tape and measure your face both vertically and horizontally.
Use these measurements to mark the edges of your sheet mask on your fabric. I found it helpful to fold the fabric in half while I cut out my mask to ensure it would be symmetrical.
Don't forget about the eye, nose, and mouth holes! I made these markings after I cut out the initial shape. I also added ear holes to my mask to help it stay in place. I find it impossible to sit still while doing a mask. Just me? 👀
It's time for the fun part:
Brew yourself a cup of our Glow tea to enjoy later.
Once your cup is brewed, remove the tea sachet and place it in a shallow bowl large enough to hold your mask. I poured the remainder of my hot water and added a little bit of cool water to the mix so it wouldn't be too hot to wear.
While letting the sachet steep for another minute, I added some Sunday Scaries CBD oil and some local raw honey to my bowl to give my skin some much-needed TLC!
Fully submerge your mask in the bowl for a few minutes, allowing it to soak up all the delicious ingredients you just mixed.
Remove your mask from the mixture, squeeze out any excess liquid so you don't drench yourself in tea, and apply the mask as you would normally.
Sip the tea you brewed and allow your skin 15-20 minutes of pure bliss.
Remove your mask and dab off any excess liquid on your skin.
Rinse out your mask and set it aside to dry. Store it in a safe place to be used during your next skincare sesh!
