Love this product. It has a nice smell and taste and works like a champ at helping with sleep. One of my kids has not been sleeping well. He started taking this tea and it relaxed him enough to get some sleep. I would recommend this tea for bed it’s great!

I found this to be very relaxing to drink right before bed. In the warmer months, I drink it cold and unsweetened and just love it. Very refreshing. It's also great as a hot beverage. From the aroma to the taste, it's just perfect!
