Register for FREE up above! You will receive your official challenge packet with your pledge card & instructions on how to join our Facebook Group (where the challenge is hosted) via email.


Print the pledge card linked in the Facebook Group and write down the goal you're committing to for the next 31 days. Then, introduce yourself in the group with your favorite selfie, pledge card, and what you're hoping to get out of the challenge!


Every week in the Facebook Group, we'll drop a video lesson from Jenni-Lyn with tools and inspiration to help you along the way. We'll also host weekly contests with prizes, and share pro tips for staying sober and mocktail recipes to keep it fun. Finally, we'll host a virtual happy hour at some point during the month. It's gonna be awesome!

Absolutely! Others use their phones to keep track or write on a piece of paper. There are a bunch of creative ways to still make your pledge. 

If you miss a day, don't sweat it. Post in the group for support and start again or simplify your goal to make it more doable. Every moment is a new one to recommit to yourself, so dont' be afraid to restart. You got this!

Set your goal based on what's best for you. You want your goal to be ambitious, but ACHIEVEABLE. Don't worry about what everyone else is doing! This is about you, your life, and your goals. Feel free to completely eliminate or simply reduce your intake. Whatever you choose, make it as specific as possible (i.e. "I commit to skipping my nightly glass of wine on weekdays.")
