We've taken the warming embrace of our Masala Chai tea blend and kicked it up a notch with a swirl of autumn magic – our very own Basic B*tch Pumpkin Spice blend turned into a Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam Cream. 1 cup Masala Chai Cold Brew
3 teaspoons Basic B*tch
1oz hot water (just enough to cover the tea)
1.5oz milk
0.75oz heavy cream
1oz milk
1 tsp of simple syrup
1 tsp maple syrup
Ice
Instructions:
Prepare Masala Chai cold brew according to the package instructions.
To make the Basic B*tch tea steeped in milk, add just enough hot water to soak and cover the 3 tsp of tea. After 3 minutes, add 1.5oz of milk. Cover and let it steep 4-8 hours or overnight.
Strain the steeped Basic B*tch milk tea. Add milk tea, heavy cream, and simple syrup and whisk until it’s a light creamy foam
In your drinking cup, add ice, the maple syrup, 1 cup of Masala Chai cold brew, and 1oz of milk.
Top it off with the Basic B*tch Cold Foam Cream, mix well, and enjoy!
