You will always be charged on the 1st of the month!

Yeah, hon! Monthly subscribers can skip a month by simply logging in to our website. Once you are logged in click the "Manage Subscription" button and there you can opt to pause or skip a month.

NOTE: Quarterly and Yearly subscriptions are pre-paid, so you cannot skip a month. Also, you can only do this on a desktop browser -- NOT on the app.

Managing your subscription is as easy as 1-2-Tea:

• Log into your account HERE and click "Manage Subscriptions" on the left-hand side. Not sure if you've created an account? Make one [HERE] and take control of your tea destiny. 🫖💫 Note that you can only make these adjustments on our desktop website, NOT the app.

• After you log into your account, navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab and select the subscription you're looking to change. From there you can pause or cancel any subscriptions.

• If you're looking to pause or cancel a subscription - you will pause or cancel the next payment cycle, but any pre-paid subscriptions will still be sent. For example, if you pay quarterly, and you cancel after the first month of that quarter, you will still receive the next two months, but it will cancel come the next quarter.

• NOTE: Quarterly and Yearly subscriptions are pre-paid, so you cannot skip a month. 

If your subscription payment is declined, you have until the 14th of the month to make sure a valid payment method is added. If you don't add a new payment method by the cutoff date, you won't receive that month's shipment.
