ICED RASPBERRY FOAM MATCHA
What You'll Need:

1-2 tsp of Gyokuro Ceremonial Matcha powder

1⁄8 cup of water

1-2 tsp raspberry syrup

1⁄2 cup milk of choice

2 tbs whipping cream
-
1 handful of raspberries
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a cup add 1-2 tsp matcha powder and 1⁄8 cup water & 1 tsp sugar. Whisk together until there are no clumps.
2️⃣ In a cup add 2 tsp raspberry syrup and 2 tbsp whipping cream. Whip together until it becomes light a foamy.
3️⃣ In a separate cup add ice, milk, raspberries, matcha and raspberry foam.
