We're a fast-growing ecommerce tea company looking for a creative Content Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking supplemental design income—perfect for new grads or experienced designers wanting flexible, steady work.

• ~30 hours per month (with potential for more in the future)

• $28/hour

• Fully remote

What You’ll Do:

• Design printed and digital promotional materials, including:

  • Pamphlets & inserts

  • Stickers & packaging elements

  • Social media graphics & digital assets

  • Other promotional designs as needed

• Maintain consistency across both print and digital channels

• (Future potential) Support light web design projects and graphics

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Proficiency in Illustrator

• Understanding of print production basics (bleeds, CMYK vs RGB, file setup, etc.)

• Knowledge of social media formats, sizing, and best practices

• Portfolio or examples of work required

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience in ecommerce or CPG design

• Proficiency with Photoshop and/or Figma
