Domestic packages typically take between 2-4 business days after receipt of shipment confirmation. Allow 1-2 days for processing.

International packages typically take between 10-15 business days (but can take up to 21 business days according to USPS).

USPS isn't perfect. Sometimes packages are marked "delivered" incorrectly. Please allow 3-5 business days until the package has been noted as "delivered" before contacting us. Once that window is closed, we can definitely help! Just email us at customerservice@snarkytea.com.

While we understand that stuff happens, we do require a $5 reship fee on any packages that must be reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our blends. We suggest gifting anything that simply isn't your cup of tea.

Drinkware can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Items will not be accepted after that 15-day window. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
